Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Biopsy Diagnostic Centre is committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services including MRI Scan, CT Scan, pathology tests, and advanced diagnostic imaging. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services booked through our website, phone, or messaging platforms.

Appointment Cancellation

Patients who have scheduled an appointment for MRI Scan, CT Scan, or other diagnostic tests may cancel their appointment by contacting our center through:

  • Phone call
  • Website contact form
  • WhatsApp communication

Cancellation requests should ideally be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same test
    • Cancellation of appointment before test preparation begins
    • Technical or operational issues at the diagnostic center
    • Inability of the center to conduct the scheduled test

Refunds are not applicable once a diagnostic test has been conducted or preparation procedures have started.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 working days, depending on the payment method used.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment mode used during the original transaction whenever possible.

Rescheduling Appointments

Patients who cannot attend their scheduled MRI Scan or CT Scan appointment may request rescheduling based on availability.

The Biopsy Diagnostic Centre will try its best to accommodate suitable alternative time slots.
